RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not happy with your Alpha Chrono product, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Please email us at info@alphachrono.com before returning any items.

• Item must be unused, and in original case to be eligible for a refund.

• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Returns are processed within 3 business days once the item has been received at our headquarters.

• Please allow up to 3-5 business days after we process the return for a refund to be reflected in your account.

• We will process all refunds by the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.

• Alpha Chrono, LLC is not responsible for Shipping Charges when customers return an item.

• Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of placing your order.
